Auschwitz-Birkenau – german nazi concentration camp is a symbol of terror and genocide. It was created in 1940 by Germany in Oświęcim (Auschwitz). It was supposed to be another concentration camp, but from 1942 it became one of the places where nazis planned to exterminate Jews who lived in the places occupied by the Third Reich. It occupied the area of 40 square kilometers around camps Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II – Birkenau.

The journey takes about 1h30mins each way. In Auschwitz and Birkenau you will visit with a professional English-speaking guide and tour takes about 2h in Auschwitz nad 1h in Birkenau + short break.  You can visit also Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine in one day.
